About Adam

Adam is a Project Administrator at the USC Annenberg Norman Lear Center, where he studies and shapes how entertainment and media impacts society. He believes entertainment media has the power to create positive social change in the world and his work as a media scholar aims to do so. Adam conducts original academic research, producing large-scale conferences and events, managing projects, graphic design, presentation creation, publication formatting, report writing, intern management, Web updating, analytics reporting, social media organizing and adopting and implementing new technologies.
He has a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Southern California. He joined the Lear Center after working in communications for the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) and serving as Director of Alumni for Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY). He completed two terms of AmeriCorps service to the American Red Cross, where he responded to national disasters. Also, he has interned with Congresswoman Linda Sanchez. Adam graduated magna cum laude in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
